Keeping Children Enrolled - This report was key to determining which measures were
needed to to reduce the number of children being
disenrolled from LaCHIP or Medicaid each month for
procedural reasons. Louisiana now has one of the lowest
closure rate (and thus fewer uninsured children) in the
country because several of these steps were taken.
