Louisiana's Plan For Access To Mental Health Care - Comprehensive plan for the transformation of Louisiana's
mental health care system, developed as directed by
Executive Order 2005-06 with input from a broad range of
stakeholders and appropriate state agencies and takes into
account the good work that has been done to date that will
serve as the foundation for the initiatives described in
this plan.
