Louisiana Medicaid provides full Medicaid benefits to eligible women who have been diagnosed with breast or cervical cancer or a pre-cancerous condition and are in need of treatment through the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) National Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program.
