Our mission is to provide a system of hearings to Department of Health and Hospitals clientele and health care providers which meets the due processing standards set forth in Federal Regulations, State laws, and Goldberg v. Kelly 397 US 245 (1970).
The DHH Bureau of Appeals is dedicated to fulfilling its mission through direct provision of fair and impartial hearings in a manner which preserves human dignity and safeguards the interests of the citizens of Louisiana. |
