Environmental Public Health Tracking Program - Purpose
Environmental Epidemiology and Toxicology|
• Environmental Public Health Tracking Program
• Pilot Projects
Both the CDC and the LDHH have developed tracking networks in response to calls for a better understanding of how the environment can affect people's health. These web-based systems bring together health and environmental data to provide information to help improve where we live, work, and play. The CDC and DHH Tracking programs provide tools to monitor health, exposure and environmental data and guide public health actions. Most information that is collected for the DHH Tracking Network has also been included on CDC's Tracking Network.
