Asthma Educational Training for Healthcare Providers, Nurses and Professionals

2012-2013 Healthcare Provider Trainings for Louisiana Healthcare Physicians, Nurses and Respiratory Therapists.
The purpose of this healthcare provider training session is to provide the state’s highly qualified healthcare providers, nurses and respiratory therapist with tools as provided by the NAEPP Expert Panel Review-3 Guidelines for managing asthma long term and for managing exacerbations around four essential components of asthma care, namely: assessment and monitoring, patient education, control of factors contributing to asthma severity, and pharmacologic treatment.
