Breast Milk Bank Report

The Department of Health and Hospitals (DHH) has prepared in response to HCR 52 of the 2012 Regular Session. This bill requires DHH to provide a written report to the legislature regarding the feasibility of establishing a breast milk bank at a hospital in Northeast Louisiana with a level three neonatal intensive care unit.
