The primary purpose of this RFA is to select two (2) learning collaborative sites to participate in the Louisiana State Adolescent Treatment Enhancement and Dissemination Grant Initiative (LA-SAT-ED). Through these collaborative sites, the state will begin to develop a blueprint for policies, procedures, and financing structures that can be used to widen the use of evidence based substance abuse treatment practices in Louisiana.
