Office of Behavioral Health Implementation Status Report

Act 384 of the 2009 Regular Session merged the Offices of Addictive Disorders and Mental Health within DHH to form the Office of Behavioral Health (OBH), effective July 1, 2010. Act 384 required that a report be submitted to the House and Senate committees on health and welfare that details the progress of the implementation of OBH.
