Treatment Services:

• Daytime Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program
• Moderately Intensive Treatment Program for persons referred by external sources (Probation, Parole, Employee Assistance, Child Protection) who may be ambivalent about the extent of substance problems in their lives
• Dual Diagnosis Programming
• Weekly Aftercare Groups for persons who have completed primary treatment programs
• Transition Group for persons who are struggling with the idea that substances may be a problem
• Relapse Prevention Group
• Family Education Group (free, confidential, and open to anyone who thinks a significant person in their life has a substance abuse problem)
• Gambling Assessment and Treatment
• Referrals to appropriate facilities or community programs
• After hours mobile crisis services
• Soon to offer Smoking Cessation Program

The primary treatment method utilized is group therapy. Urine drug screens are performed as a part of programming. Disulfiram (if not medically contraindicated) is a requirement of some programs. All participants are encouraged to become involved in Alcoholics Anonymous, Al-Anon, Narcotics Anonymous, Cocaine Anonymous, Gamblers Anonymous, Recovery, Inc. and other 12-step and self-help programs.

The clinic staff is multi-disciplinary, consisting of a psychiatric medical director, contract internist, social workers, a nurse, and a counselor certified in substance abuse treatment and gambling treatment.

Fees are determined by a sliding fee scale.

All services shall be made available without discrimination with regard to sex, race, creed, or national origin.

Treatment contacts with the agency are strictly confidential. Unless required by law, no information will be provided to anyone without the patient’s expressed written consent.
