From Covington to Bogalusa:   Take Hwy 190 from Covington, turn right onto Hwy 21 at the junction. Go to end to the caution light, take left and continue on Hwy 21. Continue on Hwy 21 through Sun going past caution light. Two (2) miles past Sun’s caution light is Junction 1075 on left, turn onto Hwy 1075. Hwy 1075 turns into Avenue F after 5 – 6 miles. Cross railroad tracks onto Avenue F. Go three (3) block and clinic is on the right.

From Franklinton to Bogalusa: Go through town on Hwy 10 (Main Street turns into Highway 10) and go 12 miles to Rio Grande Drive, turn right and go two (2) blocks to caution light. Take a right and go about 1 – 2 miles. Turn right on Avenue F by Family Home Health building. Go through town about 14 blocks and clinic is on the left.
