Tallulah Mental Health Clinic provides outpatient mental health services for Madison, Tensas, East Carroll, and West Carroll parishes. We serve those who meet target population criteria which includes the severely and persistently mentally ill adult, the emotional / behavioral disordered child / youth, and those in acute distress. Our services include psychosocial, psychiatric, and psychological evaluations, individual and family counseling / therapy, medication management and administration, and referral to inpatient psychiatric care and other appropriate resources. Outreach medication groups are held in St. Joseph, Lake Providence, and Oak Grove.

Contracted Services vary in availability throughout the region. Examples of programs include: supported housing, employment, transitional living, residential, respite services, consumer care resources, transportation, case management, intensive outpatient, crisis services for children, Crisis Intervention Training program and others.
