Lurline Smith Mental Health Clinic provides a range of out-patient mental health services to chronically mentally ill adults and severely emotionally disturbed children. Services include individual therapy, group therapy, psychosocial evaluation, psychiatric evaluation, psychological evaluation, and after-care. Also emergency services are provided on a twenty-four hour basis. The center services adults and children who meet admission criteria and reside in West St. Tammany Parish.

From the East: Take Highway 190; turn right on Wilkinson Street (near the car wash). The center is the first building in the left. Enter the parking lot in front of the building and the entrance is the door on the right of the building.
From the West: Take I-12 heading east to highway 59 (Abita Springs/Mandeville Exit), head south to Highway 190, (At red light in Mandeville); turn right onto Highway 190. Head west to Wilkinson Street (car was is on the corner), turn right. The center is the first building on the left. Enter the parking lot in front of the building and the entrance is the door on the right of the building.
From the North: Take Highway 21 south to Covington and take a left onto Highway 190 east. Take the Mandeville east exit and turn left on Highway 22/190. Turn left onto Wilkinson Street (car wash is on the corner) and the center is the first building on the left. Enter the parking lot in front of the building and the entrance is the door on the right of the building.
From the South: Take Causeway Approach to Highway 190 east, then take a left on Wilkinson Street (car wash is on the corner) and the center is the first building on the left. Enter the parking lot in front of the building and the entrance is the door on the right of the building
