The Annual Plain Dealing Christmas Festival will be held on Saturday, November 28, 2009 at the Downtown Park in Plain Dealing from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.  There will be lots of Christmas festivities.  The Shreveport Region 7 LaCHIP Outreach team will be on hand to assist with applying for and updating insurance information.
