The St. Joseph Catholic Church will host a health fair on Tuesday November 3, 2009 from 6:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. at their church located at 307 W. Hammond Street in Zwolle. The health fair is open to the residents of Sabine and Desoto Parishes. The Shreveport Region 7 LaCHIP Outreach Team will be on hand to assist with applying for and updating insurance information.
