The Franklin/Caldwell/Tensas Medicaid/LaCHIP will be represented at the Crowville Fall Festival on November 3 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. The festival will be held at the Crowville Football field, or in the Crowville School Gym in case of inclement weather. The school is located at 139 Crowville School Drive in Winnsboro. Please stop by our booth to pick up an application or for any questions you may have concerning Louisiana Children's Health Insurance Program or any other programs offered.
