Agapre and Ebenezer Misionary Baptist Churches will host a combined Community Health Fair, at Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church located at 1915 Fairchild Street, on Saturday, November 21 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.. The goal of the health fair is to provide educational information and help raise awareness in the community regarding all healthcare issues.

LaCHIP team will have an information table at this event, and will be available to answer any questions you may have concerning LaCHIP and other available programs.
