The 5th Annual BeeFit 2009 Community Health Fair will be held on Friday, November 6 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Bogalusa Y.W.C.A., 409 Plaza Street, Bogalusa. This event will focus on Diabetes and Diabetes care in our community, and in recognition of National Diabetes Month this event will provide free diabetes screening to the public.
LaCHIP representatives will be onsite to assist anyone wishing to apply for LaCHIP and other Medicaid programs.
