LA Commission on the Employment of Mental Health Consumers - The Louisiana Commission on the Employment of Mental
Health Consumers was reauthorized during the 2005
legislative session through HCR 21 and charged with the
continued exploration of barriers and solutions to the
rampant unemployment rates of individuals with psychiatric
disabilities.
