The intent of the Parish
Health Profiles is to provide information that will support data
driven planning and implementation of health policies and
interventions to improve health outcomes for Louisiana and its
communities. This site allows you to access the entire Parish
Health Profile documents, as well as the data sets for each
parish.
The documents are in Adobe
Acrobat PDF format and require Adobe’s free reader to
view. If you do not have the reader you can click on the
following link to download this viewer to your computer.

The data sets for each parish
can be viewed online (htm) or downloaded as a Microsoft
Excel spreadsheet (xls). The user is given the option of
downloading data for the selected parish only or for all
parishes statewide.
