OFFICE FOR CITIZENS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES CENTRAL OFFICE DIRECTIONS: The Office for Citizens with Developmental Disabilities (OCDD) is located in the Bienville Building, 628 N. Fourth Street in downtown Baton Rouge. The Bienville Building is located between Fourth Street and Fifth Street with its public entrance located on the southwest corner of the building on Fourth Street. Parking is available in the Galvez Parking Garage which is adjacent to the Bienville Building. Office visitors’ • To Galvez parking garage form I-110: Take the North Street Exit off of I-110. North Street is the one-way street heading west toward the River. The entrance to the parking garage is located on the left-hand of North Street between Sixth Street and Fifth Street.• To Galvez Parking Garage heading south on River Road: Take a left onto Main Street from River Road. Between Fifth street and Sixth Street take a left into the entrance of the garage.Visitors will need to sign in at the main security desk on the 1st floor and will be provided with a temporary picture ID badge.
